The Jack JK-T783E was redesigned improving over the previous model and introducing features not found on our competitors models. The JK-T783E has eliminated the need for a clutch motor by integrating a direct drive motor directly to the machine head. The direct drive motor provides over 70% cost savings over a traditional clutch motor and allows the machine to run with less vibrations and noise.

The JK-T783E has also been improved over our competitors models with the addition of an electronic presser foot lifter, reducing operator fatigue and improving efficiency. The automatic thread trimmer has been improved, reducing the amount of thread tail left after trimming. The machine can be configured to produce whip stitch buttonholes or purl stitch buttonholes simply by changing the bobbin tension. Buttonhole thread stitch density is accomplished via gear selection and can be changed quickly.
