13.8m3 Normal Temperature Air Dryer

The normal air-cooling refrigerated air dryer operates by removing moisture from compressed air through a cooling process. It cools the incoming compressed air from the upstream system to a specified dew point temperature, causing most of the water vapor to condense along with dust and oil particles. These contaminants are then separated and discharged from the machine through a gas/liquid separator, resulting in clean and dry compressed air at the outlet. The unit is designed to operate with an inlet temperature of up to 45°C and uses an air-cooled method. It provides a designed dew point range of 2–10°C and utilizes R410 refrigerant. The dryer functions within an inlet pressure range of 0.6–1.6 MPa, with a pressure drop of no more than 0.02 MPa.
